Looking for a Nortel technician in the Detroit area that knows the older equipment, Meridian Option11, release 4. I used to work on the Option11 a long time ago and am seriously out of practice. I have a friend that inherited one when they moved into their building and the backup drive went south recently. They are looking for someone to replace and possibly continue as their primary service person. Please let me know, thanks. I am a service tech myself and work primarily on the newer NEC products. I would appreciate any assistance on locating a good tech.
