Anyone know what the pin out of the rs232/rj45 connection required for connecting to the ipex? is it just standard?

Anyone know what the pin out of the rs232/rj45 connection required for connecting to the ipex? is it just standard? Still them same as in the past. DB9 to RJ45 I assume you mean.
