Hello -

Thank you for reading this post. We have a Samsung 7100 system and on the remote IP phones there is no audio only on incoming calls. We can dial out and ext-to-ext without any issues.

Please let me know what I need to do. We have the latest OSDM 4.93 version software.

have you set up your router/firewall to allow the traffic on the 30,000 & 40,000 port ranges?

what type of lines do you have?

what samsungcat says, also add the 45000 range for RBT

Also make sure you have the correct public ip address inserted into the system.
