We have an MICS with a Flash mail.
Need an option to go to an external number, choosing an individual line works, using a line pool doesn't.
All lines in Line Pool A, Access Codes - Line Pool A = 9. All sets and voicemail ports Line Pool A = Y.
Thought I read somewhere that line pools don't work, must be a destination code and route.
Anyone know the deal?

You should use destination code and route.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

In voice mail Line pool starts at 1 and not A
Line Pool A = Pool 1 Line Pool B = Pool 2 and so on
CCR/Path X/Transf/Ext/Pool 1/xxx-xxxx
If voice mail allows for route instead of pool then build a route.
