3904 phone. Customer talks a lot on handsfree. After a while on handsfree the call drops and hangs up the phone. We thought it was the phone so we replaced it at least 4 times. Then we moved it to a different port. That still didn't take care of the issue. I don't remember any timer for the handsfree. Any suggestions please. Thanks

I haven't worked on an Option 11 in a while, and even then my experience was limited but......my recollection is that the X11 software didn't always place nice with the newer 3900 series phone and was very firmware version sensitive, otherwise odd things would happen.
I believe LD32 will load the correct firmware to the phones.
Can a more experienced Nortel person elaborate?
