Greetngs, I'm havng some trouble with my os7030; When you call it get you to the VMAA... once you press the number to call an operator and no one answer it the line keep ocupied for loong time, impeding other incoming calls. ¿Any idea?

That's normal behavior.
The call has been answered by the system so the provider won't drop the call, the system is doing what it's supposed to as you haven't told it to forward the call anywhere (eg back to a vm).
Overflow the operator calls to a mailbox and either play a message saying we're busy call back later, and/or let the customer leave a voicemail message.
