Customers kxtd1232 V4 went died, I replace with V5 uploaded saved database. Ring Groups 192 193 no longer work ???? Any ideas. Thanks

should be no difference, when you check the programming are they there, was there any phone forwards set to get to the groups as they would need to be enabled again

No forwarding was used, customer just dialed ring grps (192, 193). When you dial 192, display shows invalid ext and fast busy. Ext. Grp are set at stations. I guess I need to get power supply in older system fixed, to see whats up!

The Irish /uk systems groups are configured differently than US units but sounds like extensions are not assigned to the groups

They don't work by default, have to be set in program.
