Customer is telling me that on just 2 extensions, the Voicemails are getting delivered 2 days later? I had them reset the system, it was good for a few days, but, the issue is back ( same 2 extensions ) Anybody?
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..

I would test this myself onsite before I tried anything to fix this. Seems very suspicious that this is happening on just two stations.
Usually it would be system wide with hard drive voicemails but flash based doesn't usually have this issue...they have their own problems.
You can flush the voice mail without resetting everything else but it will delete all messages and greetings..so that is why I suggest an onsite test yourself before you do that.
