I've noticed that when someone calls from our branches that instead of showing the station number it shows the main office number. I talked to my telco and they say they are setup to allow us to manipulate the caller ID.
Where can I make the change to manipulate the caller ID in DB Programming in both Axxess 10.0 and the 5000s?

Go to System\Devices and Feature Codes\Stations (or Endpoints)\Local\Specific Extension\Calling Party Number. This is the number the PBX will attempt to send when a user dials out.

I want to add that certain carriers will allow certain modifications and not others. We use Paetec and there are some A/Cs that if I attempt to use, they will drop the call. This is an extreme example, most of the time you will be modifying the CPN with a valid local number with said carrier.
