1A2 Project Begins

My 1A2 project. Top left is a 584C which will handle 13 KTU's. Bottom left is an Elgin EAK-4 power supply. Center is an ITT 601 which will handle 5 KTU's and a rotary/tone intercom. MDF has red for KTU connections and blue for station connections.

Quite an improvement over the old days when the designated location was over the sink in the janitors closet

Or under the sink in the janitor's closet.

Remember the old joke about the repairman who needed to get to a terminal block in the ladies' locker room? "Close your eyes, girls, I'm coming in!"

Arthur, I actually intended to do that before I acquired two KTU 236 for my Call Directors and two Sanbar 4415 to create tie lines.

Thanks for looking. I need all the help I can get lol!

Sounds like you are gonna need another 16C. It's addictive, you know...this 1A2..next thing you'll need is a 301 KSU and a 501 KSU, then a 513, 514, a 6A etc, etc.

Arthur, you are so right! How hard are 16C's to find?

I have tried to modify the jpeg to jpg, but I have not found a way to edit the original posting of the picture.

Anyone have ideas?

Thanks!
