I am having a couple of issues (probably stupid) that I can not figure out.
1st, I am using regular CO lines. Lines 1 thru 7 are in group 1, Line 8 is private, and 10 thru 12 are in group 2. My issues are:
1. I can still access lines 10, 11 and 12 by dialing 9. I don't want to be able to do that.
2. I have selected private for line 8 in the CO Attributes, but shouldn't I be able to designate what station it is private to?
I am sure I am overlooking something, but I can't seem to figure it out.
Thanks

Using Browser Web Based admin:

First...in co attributes pgm 140 assign the trunks to the group
you want to use. Line 8 has to be in its own group as well...lets say group 3. Marking it private in group 0 just makes it inaccessible to dialing out unless it is on its own button on a phone. Dial 9 is access for group 1 only so you may want to make sure that lines 10-12 are actually in group 2.

In co/ip group access programming you assign which groups each extension has access to, so you would range all the extensions
un-select all groups, re-check group 1 and 2, save, then load station 108 by itself and give access to groups 1,2,3. That is the way I would do it anyway.
