Has anyone come across the message VM MEMORY FULL on the attendant station? Just installed this system a few weeks ago.
The attendant system has the error message on the display and the phone beeping. I can press buttons on the phone to get a line or dial a station but the phone does not come out the beeping and message. I get into MAINT and both the VOIU and VOIB have plenty of room available.
I can leave vm messages so there is room.
Any thoughts?

I just found the reset command. 565 resets.
Now I need to figure out why the PRI is not disconnecting the lines after it goes through the autoattendant.
The joys of working a system on the weekend when tech support is mostly unavailable. And this is not an emergency to summon up the weekend emergency tech support gurus at V.

System is playing the AA greeting too many times. Set the did/disa retry count (pgm 160) to 0 or 1 (number of repeats) and in the ccr you are using set the error/timeout to
tone if you don't want a ton of hangups (and memory used) in the op box.
