When I select the VM transfer button on a call, instead of an extension, it asks for a group number. Any ideas?

519 is the default group number for voicemail on the OS7100. Changing default numbers and Samsung don't always get along so well, especially when this entire switch is factory engineered around that particular number. Change your extension number and save yourself a ton of grief. Barring that, program your voicemail transfer button as VT and whatever you renamed the voicemail groups number to be.

My vote is STILL change default numbers back....

Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

What is being said to you is make your button on the phones VT with 519 as the extender. So VT519 should be how the keys are programmed.
