Hey all,

Just wondering if anyone has got this working before.

SV8100 with basic inmail setup.
User wants to be able to call back after listening to Voicemail message.

You can dial 62 but it says "your call cannot go through"

Am I missing something ? Should this work . This is in Australia FYI

What type of trunks?
ARS enabled?

Just tested here (NZ) on my lab SV8100 and call back works fine.
ISDN BRi, overlap signaling, no ARS.

Sorry should have said..

Its SIP trunks I get CLI through to the handset.
ARS is enables .
