I am looking for help with a Mitel 5000 programming.
I have a tech that can be on site but need assistance over the phone.
We haven't gone to site yet so we don't know if we can remote in.
2 issues; Ringing changes and supervisor mode (listening in on calls causes a monitor beeping that the caller can hear).
