I have (4) 7400's set up for SMDR reporting to a public server. All where up and running fine. Now all but 1 is reporting. The one's that are not sending SMDR info are running 4.92 software, the one that IS reporting is running 4.80. Is there a known SMDR issue with 4.92? I know I could uprgrade the last 7400 and see if it stops, but....... Really don't want to call Samsung tech support on this one!

Question, why did you upgrade the units to 4.92?

We always upgrade our systems to latest software when we have a chance. Especially these. This customer has (10) 7400's, SPNET, and SIP trunks. Over 4000 IP sets through out the US. The newer software usually cleans problems but of course, causes others. Love me some Samsung.
