Customer has a DCS Compact. 4x8, 2.5 software, MISC 1 card, no VM.

She claims that the MOH stopped working.(Not sure it ever has worked) Device is fine and is on the 19th pair, Y/BR. I checked 309 and 408 and its on port 371. Tried 372.
When caller on hold, I can only get the TONE working. I can not get the MOH to come thru.

Any ideas?
