Hi we have a ipedge EP, a SPA8000 8 analogs ports, one port is registered on the ipedge as a sip phone ext 234. calling in&out from the 234 is ok, but we can't place a parked call orbit, with the POTs phone on the ATA, the code #33 does not work & earing the tone on the other end. i tried different ATA's, mediatrix C730 with FXS, result is the same. any idea? thanks

If you need to use any feature codes that start with a # it will be a problem from any SIP handset. I suggest you create a new/different flexible access code like 8 as the call park orbit retrieve code and see if that works from the SIP handset.
This is the reason we use the Toshiba IPT handsets as they give you full system features rather than a glorified SLT handset like the SIP handsets.

Maybe it is something with the hook-flash not working with the ATA.

hook flash as a recall will be OK but when the # is dialled it will fail
so do a hook flash then 8 followed by orbit number 8 needs to be the same feature as the #33
