one of our client (Hotel Business)looking for the solution in Samsung that they need to connect their database with Samsung pabx whenever any guest log-in their system guest name (probably oracle base)Samsung pabx update their names automatically.
Ii it possible.

What you want can be done.
You will need to enable the hotel motel features, and the database will need to talk to the pms interface on the os7400.

That's correct. The pms software will talk to the os7400 via the network.
I have the pms doc from Samsung if you need it
