This is such a weird issue. I installed all phones (6 cordless and 2 bases) and all was working properly. I leave and they say when multiple calls come in they get disconnected. I have the 6 phones in a multiple call group so they ring and customer has 3 analog lines. Anyone have this issue or know of a work around? This is on.a CIX670 with an MIPU card.

The only time I have had issues with the SIP Dect handsets cutting off callers when part of a MCG was when someone had copied GCO keys across all IPT handsets and accidentally done it to the SIP extensions as well during the copy process.
To overcome the problem I copied blank keys to all the SIP extensions and this fixed the problem. I could have deleted and recreated the SIP extension as that would have fixed it as well.
