Anyone ever integrate a phone system to VIN Solutions Car dealership software? Customer wants it's employees to be able to dial from their software application.

Exchange will allow you specify custom dial fields. It's pretty easy, you just drag the cross hairs to a field you want it to deem as dialable and after that it will always be a click to dial field.
