I am currently in charge of our facility phone system which consists of a CTX100 unit with 2 CO lines and 16 stations. I have been attempting to backup to the SD card. I can do a forced format then execute the backup. It says it succeeded but when you go to the SM\SD card page in eManager the SD card shows nothing in the drop down. None of the 5 folders that are supposed to be there. Is my 64Mb card possibly bad?
Thanks,
PVB

Try un-mount the SD card and plug it into your pc to look at it. My guess is that there is some sort of permissions problem that is not allowing you to see whats on the card via eManager.

Thanks Travis,
It's OK to look at the card on the PC just not format it, right? It is a Smart Media card not SD. A bit older.

You need to disable the firewall on your LAN port as the FTP is getting blocked so you are unable to read the files/folders. This is also the case when you are connecting remotely via a dialup connection you need to turn off the firewall on the RemoteCTX1 connection.
