Hi Folks
I have a Samsung 7100 system that is set to go to a mailbox at lunch time (which it does) and the caller hears the message but the mailbox is set to announce only.
The problem is if the caller presses any digit during the message they get transferred to the group 500. Is there any way I can stop this from happening.

In the Mailbox block and Extension block, in the Call Director have OPERATOR goto BYE block Goodbye
