We recently installed an IPedge App server to our CIX100 so we could add ACD, Call Router and Call Manager. After having it installed for a couple of months one of the questions we got from our users is can call manager display Caller ID Name in addition to the number? I have gone through all of the settings that I can find in Call Manager and the only thing I could find was on the extra info setup page in the preferences screen. However, after setting that up to go on the extra info button it is not populating in Call Manager.
I should mention that we are receiving caller id name and number on the trunks as it comes up on the display of the phones so it is not an issue with the carrier.

Go to the System I/O Devices. On the LAN Device, go the one setup for Netserver. set 09 CallerName Set To CSTA to Yes
See if that works.
