I have a box full of Polycom SoundStation 2w and none of them will pair with any ond the bases. I know the bases work as I've paired a Dect phone to them and it works perfectly.
Any Ideas?

Hello!
In regards to your paring issue what is needed is for you to take apart the base and re coat the paring keys conductive side with wire glue or nickel print let dry, don't use to much either. Once dry test continuity on the pad with a multi meter- re-assemble and try paring again.

I was just checking Polycom online support because I have a 2W doing (or not doing) the same thing. I'm going to try the tip above. However there's a notice on the Polycom site that this model needs a software update to alleviate this problem if you have an older unit. To check, press MENU, chose THIS PHONE, and then SYSTEM INFORMATION. IF the DSP version is 1.600 or lower an upgrade might help.
I thought I was smart, and then I got into telephones...
