I'm hoping someone has run into this problem before.

I've got an Axxess 6.006 and I'm using STAR Routing to point the Main CO to one location during the week and another during the weekend. I have it setup this way in 10 offices and I have run into this problem only at this particular office.

Setup:
Main Trunk Group Rings into STAR 2510
STAR 2510 is routed to CRA 2515 during the week and 2516 on the weekend.

CRA 2515 just times out with no recording to a hunt group.

CRA 2516 times out to an extension (ext 1032) that we have forwarded to our Regional HQ for centralized weekend operators.

I got the idea for this setup by reading on this forum. It has worked great for all of the offices I've used it on, except this one.

If you dial 1032 from inside the office, it forwards like a champ. If you dial into the office and transfer the call to 1032, it forwards just like it should...

If the CRA 2516 is used. It acts like it will work, but eventually just hangs up. The kicker, our Regional HQ gets a call from that office, only it is dead air.

Does anyone have any idea of a feature, or timer, or anything that might cause this? I'm beating my head up against a wall.

I've deleted the CRA, create a new one. It just will not work. I've tried going line by line on System Flags comparing with another system that is working, but I can't find it.

Any help would be great!
Thanks,
David

Make sure tha the flag manual forward to public network is enabled for that forwarded phone. Also, does the phone that calls are being forwarded from have either a mailbox or extension id?

Ain't technology wonderful? Nothing like being on the bleeding edge. smile
