a customer about an hour away says she cant do her main menu. she told me she dials prog 06 and after the 6 she gets a busy tone. i asked her to check the ext number to make sure it is 100 and every time she said she used this sta to program the menu before but never did go check the icm number. she said no one esle had been there changing anything. anyone have an idea other than trouble in the database or a bad vm. or maybe she isnt using ext 100 sense she wouldnt go look!

Make sure the voice-mail/AA is not in use when trying to record.
Make sure she's at the "attendant" phone by dialing 0 from another extension.
Power cycle the KSU.
