System is up, CO lines work, calling out works. Calling an extention with CWFD off-premises works.. but any time someone calls in, regardless of what extension that CO is routed to, it will not forward the call.. Trunk-to-Trunk is enabled.. what am I missing?

What exactly are you trying to do? There are various ways to forward calls and the best method depends on a few variables.

Two things come to mind. The first is to check F321 External Fwd Toll.

The second is to check if you have the phone actually forwarded.

Call comes in on CO Line 1, is directed to X1000 per F211, X1000 is on CFWD to 9 555-1212, but still rings instead of forwarding the call. Truck-to-Truck is "YES", Toll FWD is "YES". I just did a quick-n-dirty AA, Press 0 for operator, and it forwards the calls.

Ah...I think I may know what is happening. Change the incoming ringing to a department with extension 1000 as the only member. If it still doesn't work, then use the same department, use an unused extension and CF day and night to extension 1000 in the department.

I don't know if it's a bug in the software or if it's intentional, but I had this same thing happen on a 200.
