Today I installed a VXC voicemail to replace a failing VX3 computer voicemail. The system will not respond to dial by name or '0' for operator although I did set up the CCRs with dial by name and dial by extension and 0 for operator. What did I do wrong??

Are you still having issue? Let me know can assist if needed. Need to know how you have the CCR set up. Also how is VM set up is it looking for DTMF or packet info from the system.

Well I forgot the little option "Message must be heard" = once turn off it worked like a charm!! I've been trying to sell this customer a new system for years but they just can't let go!!
