We have a set that when you go off hook for intercom the set beeps 3 times then the intercom dial tone. On all of the phones that has a button programmed as a DSS key for this set it is flashing red. Have gone into the set, looked at the DND and it is off. Tried the MW cancel codes. The set looks and works normal. You can call the set and transfer calls, works correctly. Tried rebooting the system and the DSS key still flashes on all of the sets.
Are we missing something other then MW and DND that would make a DSS key flash?

Could be another feature like call forward etc.

Call forwarding is set up like all of the other sets to VM on B/NA. The system was working fine for about 3 months after the install and the flashing started about a week ago.

No this would be set on the phone itself not in system programming.

Yes it is the set, 24-09 to voice mail pilot number

Programming on the phone is treated differently. You have to actually go on the phone.
