Hello
Any one had any issues with Fortinet firewalls when setting up SIP trunks spent most the day trying to get it working with the IT guy but can't ring out and only one way speech, were confident the programming is correct and also the port forwarding, tried to disable SIP Alg but still no luck(I think this might of got us to one way speech instead of none). Just interested to know if any one has and issues with these firewall at all.
Thanks in advance.

What is your port forwarding you have done? Are you using MGI on processor or OAS? Do you have the correct public IP put into the system and set to public w/ private?

We've had issues with these in the past unfortunately the IT company never said what they did to resolve, I know they had to wait for the manufacturer to help. We also had the problem of no inbound until an outbound is made.
We lent them a trusty Draytek until it was sorted.
