I have upgraded a few phones to DP5032 from older 3000 series and staff are reporting that they can no longer hear an incoming call ringing in their headset when away from their desk. Is this a setting in Network Manager or with the headset (Sennheiser)?

How where the headsets connected to the DKT-3000 phones?

Did you have a handset lifter on the 3000 series? If you did and now you don't have it on the 5000 series, then that could cause your issue because the handset lifter has a microphone that senses when the phone rings and then relays it to the headset.
