Hello, Hope all is well. I have an LVMU with an incorrect time. I am going in through *** and password ******#. I get in perfectly fine. However when I press 6 for Change time and date.... It says "I am sorry, I am unable to do this at this time. " I would like to do this via phone rather than pc remote. Please advise.
Thanks, DMW

Typically the moderators of this forum do not like people to post passwords to systems, even default passwords that may be common. While I think a default password is almost the equivalent to no password, many phone techs are dealing with a lot of toll fraud. It is very common for hackers to exploit a voicemail system using the default admin password.
That said, the LVMU is set by default to retrieve it's time from the phone system. With the voicemail system set to sync with the PBX, the ability to change the time through the admin is disabled.
I have not had a case where the LVMU was not syncing to the PBX. Is the PBX time different from the voicemail time?
