Hey guys have a customer using PABXSoft and we have Periodic UCD Reports turned on. The stats look like they are updating correctly but unanswered calls are at like 65535 it is messing up the phone counts. I have reset the PC and the system any ideas how to clear that counter??

Have you setup the auto clear times via the supervisor key or UCD options in the newer software?
I usually set it up to print hourly and clear daily at midnight

The Auto Clear is set to 23:59 and it is set to Daily. The Auto Print is set to hourly. and the Print time is set for 15 minutes. No Hour setting. After MMC reset this am the counter went to 1 and then after first call went back up to 65535. Really weird issue for sure.
