I've got a dental office that called me for service on this system (I'm assuming its a Starplus). They asked me to add an extension, 105), which I did, but the button layout doesn't match the other 24 button phones. Lines 1, 2, and 3 appear along the top row. On this phone they don't. I have intercom buttons. The customer had a user guide that said to program a button, press SPEED, SPEED; press the flexible button key, then press 88 001(for line 1); SPEAKER to hang up. Instead I got an error tone. Am I missing something? Local Vodavi dealer went under years ago and as far as I know, no one else in Buffalo touches these systems.

In order to move a line appearance, loop or pool key by a user, the option to do that has to be enabled in admin programming. This requires a password to access.
