Have a bad Call Pilot on a Nortel MICS (Sw 30BwE02NAT). Only VM in inventory is a StarTalk Flash (SW 1.7). Cannot get Call Pilot to come up. Any ideas?

You cannot get Call Pilot to come up because you said it was bad.
Now do you really mean that you cannot get the Flash Voice Mail to come up?
MICS Version 6.0 needs a FLASH 2.0 to run.
Cannot guarantee Flash 1.7 will run on your MICS.
And I assume that you tried to use the Flash unit.
Did you do all the install processes?
Although the chart says not compatible.
If CON is the opposite of PRO
Then what is the opposite of Progress?

By the way. What was wrong with the Call Pilot?
Did you try a new power supply?
Those go bad and unit does not work.
If CON is the opposite of PRO
Then what is the opposite of Progress?
