Hi,
I am having trouble with NEC DT 700, it is automatically answering the calls. How can i disable this ? Please i need urgent help. Thanks.

Can you be more specific? Do you mean the auto attendant is answering?

Phone is ringing and it is being opened by itself automatically within seconds

Try hitting speaker 723 for signalling. It could also be 823 if this is an upgraded system.
