Greetings,
I set up system alarms on my test system using the same settings I have for e-mail gateway and everything works fine. I powered the system down and brought it back up and got the alarms. This morning I got the daily logs of all the alarms in history.
This afternoon I did the same thing for a client and asked for the daily report to send at 2:45 this afternoon and didn't receive anything? Should I have or will I see it tmw? Is there somewhere in the OS7400 I can see if it attempted to send it and why it might have failed? They are using e-mail gateway and that works fine and I used the same settings I have set up for e-mail gateway.

If they are using Office365 - the vmail to email may not work.
I started to have a problem with this about 1 year ago. The problem has to do with Microsoft making changes and the email header information on new messages. Forwarded/redirected messages work, but new messages do not 1) setup the sending email account as a gmail account. 2) Try adding in a non-office365 account (gmail, aol, yahoo) and see if the emails go thru to a non-office365 account. To my knowledge Samsung has not come up with a patch for this issue.
