CIX670, For the first time today I have complaints when people call a DID they get "The number you have dialed is not in service" I have tested it and it happens to all DIDs when 2 people or more call the same DID at the exact same time, it only allows 1 call through. If you call a couple seconds apart both calls go through. I have been setting up UCD for about 10 users but verified ll changes to make sure I didn't screw something up. I also put a ticket in with Integra cause its never my fault. But just in case it is I want to see if anyone else has had the same problem. Thanks

A recording like that MUST be coming from the service provider. I'm assuming that you're using a PRI on this system. My $10.00 bet is that the service provider doesn't have the PRI channels set to cascade properly for subsequent calls. They either hunt from first to last, last to first, or in a circular fashion. Is this a full PRI or fractional?

I don't know of any PRI call setup/rejection parameters in any system that will result in a not in service recording.

The caller will also get that recording if the service provider doesn't get a wink acknowledgment from the CIX. Not sure why the CIX would do that, have you tried setting up an intercept to see if the DID follows that instead of getting the recording?
