I'm just writing to give a big thanks  to the guys on this board. Back in August I wrote a post begging for help with a crashed Axxent system. The help I got here was unbelievable. I ended up buying a new/used system from Tom and with the help of RCA and Tellink who went way 'above and beyond', I got the new system up and running. Thanks guys, I couldn't have done it without you. John R.

Thanks for the updae John. I'm glad it worked out for you. Tom is an awesome resource for Inter-Tel systems. I'm sure Rhett (RCA) will be by shortly and see your post.
