Good afternoon all,
I've got a SIP trunk on a MIPU-24 setup on channel group 20 with ILG 20 configured for DID. The incoming DID numbers are three digits in length matching our three digit internal extensions; DID is configured to ring the appropriate extension. DID calls come in on the SIP trunk and ring on the extensions fine.
The issue is that the DP5000 series (have not tested with any others) telephone displays show "DN: 123" (first line; where 123 is the DID #) and "CHG 20 RINGING" (second line). If I hit the DSPLY softkey the display toggles to show the caller ID number and name.
I would like to get the display to show the caller ID name and number by default rather than the called extension DN and "CHG 20 RINGING".
Caller ID name and number shows up by default when the extensions are rung from our Centrex lines (with the help of a Toshiba LUCA).
Any ideas on how to get the SIP trunk DID calls to show caller name and number information by default.
Thanks!
Daryl

Forgot about that. That of course solves the problem.
Thanks David!
