Hello all, been a while since I have come around.
We have outgrown our UC560 that some of you may remember my installation nightmare posts about.
We had unexpected grown over the last couple of years and I literally cannot add a single phone to this system, and I have more locations and programs coming. We had planned for 50% and 300% later here we are.
We are looking at the the BE6K and the Avaya IP office systems, reading that Avaya has filed for Chap 11 has me concerned about buying into their systems.
So anyone here running this system and if so what are your thoughts?
Thanks

We are currently running a BE6k in our office, and I have to say it's a very good product with very robust features. If I had to choose between the Cisco or Avaya I would go with Cisco hands down.

Had one at my last job (2 years ago now)...we replaced a 3COM NBX with Cisco. It worked pretty well for what we needed, but I much prefer the Mitel at my current job.
