Hello, looking for some help on configuring two cordless phones on a 816C KSU. I moved the KSU to a new building and the sets came live as well as one of the cordless units but there is still two cordless units that are not coming live. I think it is a programming/configuration problem. This system is somewhat old but worked well in the original building. Can anyone give some direction on what needs to be done to get the last two units up and running. Thanks in advance Booner

Are these stations feeding from an expansion module on the KSU or are they on ports included in the base unit? If fed from an expansion module, ensure that the 25 pair cable is properly seated. The design of the connector on these modules makes the connection vulnerable to easy disconnection. Also, do you have four wires connected to each station port from the base units?
