Greetings,
On a NAM can you zero out of an information mailbox? I read the manual and it looks like 0 will take you to the main attendant?

0 in general will go to the attendant based on F982 settings or Table/1/ATDNT
You can press 0 out of an Info mailbox but not an Info greeting in CCR (but you could press * to back out).
