Hi all,
We have a new employee starting soon...so the current employee in her soon-to-be-office is moving to another office.
What is the process to swap 2 extensions/phones/DNs/PDNs/what-have-you in Network eManager?
While I'm at it...what is the process to backup/restore the whole system's programming?...in case I make a mistake that adversely affects the way the system/extension.
FWIW, I am an end user with novice experience in the industry, not an installer.
Thanks for any help anyone can provide,
CTB

It would take longer to explain it to you on this forum than it would take to just swap the cross-connect wires.
