hi
here is my issue
I have Samsung office serv 7200 v 4.92 with svmi 20i card
when the call transferred to mail box The caller hears mailbox xxxx number
is there any way to transfer the call to mailbox Without listening to this prompt

That is happening due to not having a mailbox greeting recorded.
There is no way to skip it that i'm aware of.
You can however record a second or 2 of silence as the mailbox greeting (or better still record a proper greeting as well as the no answer greeting).

If you want it to just say transferring not giving the mailbox number you need to delete overhead promt in eclass 0739
|
