Ok Thanks! So it's pretty easy to program DID's for extension's then? It is extremely easy. You just need to know the number of digits being sent and where you want the calls for the DID's to be sent.

Question we were able to call in and out for about 15 minutes then carrier is saying the calls are bouncing (they are seeing calls bouncing) circuit connects then drops any ideas??
