i have office serv 7100 and i can not connect 3rd party sip phone what do i need to have in place, i can connect them localy

You need 3rd party sip license per device from Samsung.

Might be a white list issue. You need to add your external IP address or whatever IP address is trying to connect remotely. You could disable whitelist on that extension as a test.

Have you done port forwarding or used the DMZ? Have you set up public with private on the Samsung?

now its working but the 3rd party sip can call each other but can not call sumsang ip phones which are not sip
