We are installing a new SV8100 server and configured SIP trunks, we want to inter network with ASPIRE system. we have the licenses but unable to connect to the Aspire system. how can i configure it.

Pretty sure you can not. You might be able to get functionality with a PRI/T1 or E&M trunks or POSSIBLY QSIG.
