Hello, I have a new customer with a Vodavi Digital Voicemail (303-04) I don't know if you call it a dispatch or talk path. Either way 3 of the 4 ports have gone bad and needs to be replaced. What are the limitations of programming the vm through a telephone or am I going to have to get the admin software for my laptop? Thanks

I would replace just the port card and leave the mother board and hard drive intact. That will save a lot of headache.
